ABOUT US
We’re a Tuscan trattoria in the very center of Florence, right in Piazza del Mercato Centrale, in the San Lorenzo district.
Our story runs deep and begins in the Mugello, where many of the ingredients on our menu are born—between vineyards and recipes that still carry the scent of home.
On the menu you’ll find the great classics of Tuscan and Florentine cuisine, like pappa al pomodoro, peposo, and ribollita. But also dishes like pigeon risotto or our gnudi with spinach and ricotta. It’s our way of celebrating real food—honest and heartfelt.
We’re open every day for lunch and dinner. For those passing through, for those coming back, and above all—for those craving Tuscany.
The menù
Homestyle dishes and local flavors. From Florentine classics to Mugello specialties, our menu follows one simple idea: let you taste Tuscany.
From bistecca alla fiorentina to Mugello-style tortelli, from ribollita to hand-cut beef tartare—every dish tells a story of artisan quality.
Our trattoria is also gluten-free: Tuscan cuisine, prepared with the same care and simplicity as always.
Our wine list starts in the Mugello, travels through Tuscany, and opens up to the best of Italy and France.
